Pottschach (Lower Austria), Jan. 30, 1913, municipal official and politician. Founded a democratic association, 1873; opposed liberalism, demanded universal suffrage, 1879; member of the Reichsrat, 1885-1901, of the Lower Austrian Landtag, 1896-1902.
