Clam Castle near Grein (Upper Austria), March 7, 1932, statesman and officer. Close friend to the successor to the throne Franz Ferdinand, Minister of Agriculture from October 1916, also Prime Minister from December 1916 until June 1917; strove for a compromise among the ethnic groups of the Austro-Hungarian Empire; military governor in Montenegro 1917-1918.
